Society: The family unit of MECH organized three days of training on Haitian cuisine.

For 3 years, MECH has decided to innovate over what it has created in some groups called « cells ». Have at least 4 cells in their church. Among the 4 cells of La Mech, there is one called family unit, created to help solve the problems of the family of the church and to work with future couples. The cells has 9 members, including: Jocelyne Cribe BRUTUS, Robert DESTIN, Florant IXAMA, to name just that.

Last week, it took three days for the cells on Monday 19th, Wednesday 21st and Friday 23rd to organize cooking training for about 60 church members. Among these 60, there were girls, married women and only 2 men.

It was at the central mech church at 4 pm, where members of the cell were urging people to attend the ceremony.

It was Sunday, August 25, the cell exposed all the foods of the participants. 18 recipes were prepared for 18 groups. Each group presented their recipes to 6 judges. The judges interviewed the participants about their food. The judges include: Carlyne Saint Jean, Kesner Saintycy, Emile Golbert, Jackson Telus, Leunu Exant and Daphné Joseph.
